Shelby is a Licensed Professional Counselor who holds a license in PA. Shelby specializes in working with teens/adolescents and adults, promoting advocacy and self-discovery for the future self. Shelby provides a warm, empathic, direct approach when working with her clients to support and provide a safe and comfortable environment. Using a person-centered approach, Shelby aims for altering her therapeutic approach for each and every client with the goal of meeting their unique needs. Shelby strives to make connections between past and present to show the way which individuals evolve as well as to promote positive changes in behaviors and relationships. 

Shelby has background knowledge and experience in working with trauma, addiction, family systems, autism, learning disabilities, anxiety, and depression. Shelby works with individuals from ages 14-35.

Shelby sees patients via Telehealth.
