Raine (she/they) is a master’s level clinician whose goal is to help clients feel safe, heard, and understood. Raine works with adults, teens, and children ages 10 and up who are looking to better understand their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors in a supportive, affirming environment.
With experience supporting individuals navigating ADHD, autism, OCD/anxiety disorders, borderline personality disorder, and complex trauma, Raine offers an informed and compassionate approach. Raine is especially passionate about working with LGBTQ+ clients and stays up-to-date on current research regarding how ADHD and autism may present in individuals who identify as female.
Raine’s approach integrates person-centered CBT with tools from Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS)/parts work, and somatic practices. With a background in equine therapy and psychological research—including studies on personality disorders and paranormal psychology—Raine brings curiosity, creativity, and care into the therapy room.
Raine sees patients both in-person as well as telehealth .
