Raine is a master's level clinician who specializes in working with children ages 10 and above, teens, and adults. Raine's therapeutic approach is supportive, investigative, creative, and person-centered. Her goal is to help people feel safe, heard, and understood by providing validation and psychoeducation.
Raine has experience working with ADHD, autism, depression, anxiety disorders, borderline personality disorder, and couples/family counseling. She welcomes LGBTQ+ community members and is up-to-date on the latest ADHD and autism research, especially for girls and women.
Raine has a professional and academic background in equine therapy and psychological research. She has enjoyed bringing her knowledge of cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy skills, and internal family systems/parts work to a talk therapy setting.
