Maggie Hartley, LAPC

Maggie's schedule is coming soon!

Mental health is just as important as physical health, yet it’s often something we’re expected to manage alone. Our thoughts, emotions, and experiences shape how we navigate stress, relationships, and daily life. When mental health is supported, growth and balance become possible.

Margaret (Maggie) works with adult individuals navigating life transitions, emotional challenges, and patterns that no longer serve them. Her approach is compassionate, nonjudgmental, and collaborative. Modalities used are Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Internal Family Systems, and Motivational Interviewing to help clients understand the connection between thoughts, emotions, and behaviors while building practical tools for lasting change.

Therapy isn’t about having all the answers—it’s about creating space for insight, growth, and support. You don’t have to do this alone.

Maggie sees patients via telehealth as well as in-person.

Insurances accepted: Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Capital Blue, Cigna, HealthAdvocate EAP, Highmark, Independence Blue Cross, Meritain, Quest.
