Are you someone who struggles with racing thoughts, constant worry, and asking yourself "what if"? Do boundaries feel foreign to you, and you find yourself feeling extremely guilty when you try to implement them? You often wonder who you are and struggle with navigating relationships. Worrying about how others will feel or what they think of you is affecting your decisions and creating uncomfortable feelings.

I specialize in working with adolescents (14+) and adults with anxiety and self-esteem issues. I help you discover who you are and what is important to you. I want you to find your genuine self and live happily in all of your relationships without feeling guilty for doing what is best for you.

I don’t believe you are broken, so I’m not going to try to fix you. Instead, I’m all about creating a safe and comfortable space where we can explore your life experiences and emotions. I will assist you in learning how to let go of what is expected of you so you can feel more seen, understood, and valued for who you really are. I utilize various therapeutic models when working with clients, including trauma-informed care, DBT, ACT, and mindfulness.

Liz currently sees patients in-person and virtually.
