Kendal is a pre-licensed therapist who specializes in the young adult and adult populations. She hopes to connect her curiosity and passion for the human experience with her desire to be a mental health advocate.Kendal uses an empathic and collaborative approach with her clients as they navigate through life's challenges

When working with clients, Kendal hopes to inspire a curiosity about their own life to create positive growth and change. Her goal is to support her clients through the challenges they face, but also aims to celebrate the wins. 

Kendal uses an eclectic approach to fit the best needs of her clients. She specializes in grief counseling, mindfulness techniques, CBT/DBT and first responder mental health. 

Kendal currently sees patients in-person as well as telehealth.
