Building Confidence & Connections is a therapist-led summer group designed to help middle school students strengthen emotional awareness, confidence, communication, coping skills, and peer relationships in a supportive and engaging environment. Through interactive activities, games, creative projects, discussion, CBT-based coping strategies, and real-life scenario work, students will build tools to better manage emotions, navigate social challenges, and prepare for the upcoming school year.
