Alyssa Soupik is a master’s level clinician working toward professional licensure. She holds graduate degrees in counseling and education, bringing a unique blend of therapeutic and educational insight to her work with children, adolescents, and adults.
Alyssa has experience supporting clients navigating anxiety, ADHD, depression, grief, life transitions, family and relational stress, infertility, and the emotional adjustments of pregnancy and early parenthood. She also has a strong interest in working with educators and student teachers, drawing from her firsthand knowledge of the school system and the unique pressures faced by those in helping professions.
Drawing from her background in visual arts and art education, Alyssa incorporates creative and expressive elements into her work when helpful. She views art as a supportive tool for self-exploration and emotional expression and may use it to enhance engagement, reflection, and skill-building within the therapeutic process.
Her approach is client-centered and collaborative, with an emphasis on meeting each individual where they are and tailoring sessions to their specific needs, strengths, and goals. Alyssa strives to create a supportive, nonjudgmental space where clients can explore their experiences, build insight, and develop practical tools for growth.
